Austin Art Box Studios aims to provide children and adults a fun and authentic learning experience. Our hope is that students walk away with skills that foster wonder and knowledge about art, design and different art making processes.

From drawing to painting to sewing, classes vary from medium to technique, giving students choices based on their interests. 

​

Currently, classes are offered on school holidays, during summer vacation and on weekends. However, private classes and parties are available upon request by clicking HERE!

Cristina Coro, founder and educator of Art Box Studios, received her MFA from the University of Madrid in Spain. Upon graduating, she worked for a jeweler where she learned the art of metalsmithing. After returning to the US, Cristina obtained her K-12 teacher certification from the University of Texas at Austin and has taught visual arts for for AISD for 20 years. A practicing artist, Cristina has been teaching art to all ages for over 20 years. She lives in Austin with her son and two cats.
